COMMON REPAIR #1
Damage from accidental impact, furniture bumps, and doorknobs.
The existing sheetrock is removed and the studs are treated for mold if any is present. In this exact job this was a patio outside meaning 1/2 inch exterior Sheetrock will be used.
Drywall rehung and securely fastened.
Mudding begins a a pre-fill of 5 minute hot mud followed by mesh tape. 2-3 coats of mud on all joints, edges and screw holes , followed by texture here we did a Santa Fe 90/10 as it matches there interior texture.
COMMON REPAIR #2
Damage is carefully assessed and surrounding sheet rock is removed. Studs are treated if mold is present and drywall is rehung.
It’s pre-filled with five minute. Mesh tape is applied at immediately after then it’s feathered out in 2 to 3 coats leaving a clean slate for texture.
Texture is applied focusing on matching the existing surface then it’s properly sanded and caulked leaving it ready for paint.
COMMON REPAIR #3
We inspect the damaged drywall carefully to identify hidden issues, weak spots, moisture problems, or texture inconsistencies before starting repairs.
The damaged drywall is patched, reinforced, sanded smooth, and prepared for texture blending using professional repair techniques designed for long-lasting results.
The repaired area is blended into the surrounding surface so the wall or ceiling looks clean, consistent, and paint-ready once completed.
